Straws.my is an initiative started by Grip Bond (M) Sdn Bhd, a company incorporated in Malaysia. The aim of this initiative is to encourage Malaysians and Malaysia businesses to adopt better practices for protecting our natural environment by switching our daily single-use, disposable consumer items from plastic products to environmentally friendly products (plant-based products). The ultimate objective is to reduce plastic consumption and plastic waste.

We started in the paper straw industry in 2019 by supplying environmentally friendly, 100% biodegradable, and high-quality paper straws to Malaysian businesses to reduce the plastic pollution from the usage of single-use plastic straws which is often being ignored by the public. From there, we have expanded our product range to include 100% biodegradable products such as compostable plant-based bio bag, food container, lunch box, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, and etc.

At Straws.my, all our paper straws have the necessary certificates and lab reports to ensure that they are safe to be used in your business. These certificates also show that our paper straws are produced with certified raw materials.
